Blackout V1 245
Blackout
The BLACKOUT V1 245 is the lightest racquet in the BLACKOUT line, designed to help players transition from junior or aluminum frames to higher-performance play. At 26 inches and 245 grams, it delivers a lightweight, manageable feel with explosive power and easy access to spin.
The BLACKOUT V1 is Solinco’s first iteration of a standout performance racquet, designed to give today’s player explosive power and easy access to spin. Its Power Flex Zone delivers a powerful response off the stringbed while helping you maintain control and play with confidence. Designed for all levels, from recreational players to touring professionals, the BLACKOUT V1 helps you play aggressively and take control of every shot.
- Groundstrokes: Generate easy power and spin to drive the ball deep while maintaining control.
- Forehand: Accelerate through contact to create penetrating shots with added topspin.
- Backhand: Swing confidently with a lightweight, maneuverable frame that makes it easier to prepare and redirect shots.
- Serve: Swing freely to generate racquet-head speed, pace, and spin.
- Volleys: React quickly at the net with a lightweight frame that’s easy to maneuver.
Power Flex Zone: Max beam height is strategically placed near the 5 and 7 o’clock positions of the racquet to improve the flex and maximize power. The added strength near the bridge maximizes power return to the ball and minimizes energy loss in the racquet.
Liquid Crystal Technology: Liquid Crystal Fibers are incorporated into the design of the racquet to optimize flex, reduce vibration, and improve the overall feel and play of the racquet.
40T Carbon Fiber: 40T Hi-Modulus Carbon Fiber is strategically placed at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions of the racquet to enhance the impact zone, increasing the sweet spot, stability, and power of the racquet.
Weight Control Module: Interchangeable 5 gram and 10 gram butt-cap plates can be used to modify, adjust, and tailor the overall weight and balance of the racquet.
